LED Light Therapy  —
Celluma - CP-Red AntiAging Over Face (1).jpg

LED light therapy uses light-emitting diodes to activate a positive change to the skin, improving the overall texture, resulting in a healthier, more radiant appearance.

During a treatment an LED facial light is used to produce specific wavelengths of light that are absorbed into your skin to directly rebalance, heal and rejuvenate skin cells. The skin uses the light energy as fuel to stimulate cellular regeneration, produce collagen and elastin, kill c.acnes bacteria, reduce inflammation and accelerate the healing process.

This hospital grade Celluma LED uses red & infra-red light to stimulates cellular regeneration for rejuvenation. Blue light kills acne bacteria. Wound setting treats burns, muscle strains, eczema, arthritis pain etc. Best results are seen with a course of treatments.

Electro-Sonic DF Treatments  —

The Electro-Sonic DF Machine uses Iontophoresis - involves the use of an electrical current to facilitate greater penetration of vitamins into the skin. Sonophoresis – involves the use of sound waves to transport vitamin molecules through the skin.

This technique enables essential vitamins used in salon serums to pass through our natural skin barrier and penetrate deeply into the cells. The treatments are designed to stimulate maximum thickening of the skin; improve skin tone; normalisation and improvement of collagen and elastin; better control of pigment production; and restoration of normal blood flow and oxygenation of the skin, decreasing undesirable redness.

The Electro-Sonic DF Treatments are for those who are seeking serious results.

Collagen Induction Therapy or Micro-Needling  —

Collagen Induction Therapy is based on the skin’s ability to heal itself whenever it encounters physical injury. At Beauty Essentials we use the Dermapen4 which causes less trauma and has minimal epidermal (skin) damage, therefore reducing pain and discomfort, making it a safer more effective treatment. The Dermapen4 uses multiple needles causing pinpoint micro injuries or channels in the skin. This triggers the body’s natural wound healing process. As a result, new collagen and elastin is formed to reduce wrinkle depth, increase skin elasticity and improve the appearance of scars and pigmentation. The micro channels also allow delivery of topical vitamins deep into the skin's fibroblasts to feed the underlying cell which enhances the results of the treatment .

It will only take up to 6 weeks before visible signs of smoother, firmer and younger looking skin, and the process will continue over the following months.

A course of 6 treatments is recommended for optimum results
